Trollius hondoensis

Trollius hondoensis is a giant double orange buttercup. It forms clumps of deep green lobed leaves, and in summer bears tall branched stems holding several rounded orange flowers with a cluster of long, thin petal-like stamens in the centre. It grows well in damp, shady situations.
